Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Final sale items, including items purchased with a discount code or at a reduced rate, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges for final sale items may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order or making your in-store purchase.

For returns due to change of mind or sizing issues, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For damaged or defective items, The Mad Theories will cover the return shipping costs.
Store Credit Refund
All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
