Every body is unique, and our pieces vary in fit due to fabric, cut, and construction. Whether to size up or down depends on your personal fit preference. As a general guide, most designs feature a fitted waist (non-stretchy) and a smocked back at the bust for comfort but also some of design has no stretch so please take note. Always refer to the individual product page for the most accurate sizing information for your chosen piece.
